The website is owned by our subsidiary Azul Electrico Limited, Gibraltar.
Our members privacy
and security is of the utmost importance. All players are entered
with player identification numbers and a system assigned Player ID
access-codes. Registration is done via the Internet and credit card
details are securely submitted on heavily encrypted pages. The complete
player register is stored on a computer separated from the Internet.
Our WWW-Server supports the SSL protocol for encrypted communications
between our players and the credit card transaction system. All Player
account and game information is kept strictly confidential, and kept
only on our secure servers separated from the Internet. Only employees
who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our
accounting or a customer service staff) are granted access to personally
identifiable information. Furthermore, ALL employees are kept up-to-date
on our security and privacy practices.
Another security
measure is that we register each player IP address. Although we can
not rely on this information, it is possible to become aware of sudden
changes in playing behavior, which can indicate that a players
membership number and access-code may have been compromised. Please
note that in the event that you notice changes to you player account
status, you must e-mail us immediately so we can investigate. This
ability in no way obligates us to investigate this kind of abnormality.
The harm an intruder
can do if the intruder manages to break an access-code is limited
to using the access-code for playing only. The access-code cannot
be used for revealing the credit card number or other sensitive information.
The credit card validation code (CVC), which ensures the card is in
the hand of the user, must be entered for every transaction.
Personal Information Policy
We collect the
minimum information necessary to create an account on our site, and
require only enough information to verify the identity of our customers.
The Information is used for the purposes of operating our gaming services,
and for keeping our Players informed of new game developments and
new casino promotions (opt-in).
We will never
disclose customer information to any third party other than as required
for the processing of financial transactions.
Registration
In order to use
this website, a user must first complete the registration form. During
registration, a user is required to give their contact information
(such as name and email address). This information is used to contact
the user about the services on our site for which they have expressed
interest.
Purchases/Payouts
We request additional
information from the user in order for them to make a purchase and/or
request payouts on the site. Here a user must provide financial information
(like credit card number and expiration date). This information is
used for billing purposes and to process purchases and payouts. If
we have trouble processing an order, this contact information is used
to get in touch with the user.
Cookies
A cookie is a
piece of data stored on the users hard drive containing information
about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally
identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes their
browser, the cookie simply terminates. For instance, by setting a
cookie on our site, the user would not have to log in a password more
than once, thereby saving time while on our site. If a user rejects
the cookie, they may still use our site. The only drawback to this
is that the user will be limited in some areas of our site. For example,
the user will not be able to participate in any of our sweepstakes,
contests or monthly drawings that take place. Cookies can also enable
us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience
on our site. Some of our business partners may use cookies on our
site. However, we have no access to or control over these cookies.
Log Files
We use IP addresses
to analyze trends, administer the site, track users movement, monitor
for fraudulent activity and gather broad demographic information for
aggregate use.
Newsletter
If a user wishes
to subscribe to our newsletter, we ask for contact information such
as name and email address. This is an opt-in system and we provide instructions for subscribers to unsubscribe
at any time.
Bingo Buddies
If a user elects
to use our referral service for informing a friend about our site,
we ask them for the friend's name and email address. BingoPalace may
automatically send the friend a one-time email inviting them to visit
the site. BingoPalace stores this information for the sole purpose
of sending this one-time email. The friend may contact BingoPalace
to request the removal of this information from the database at any
time.
Special
Offers
We send all new
members a welcoming email to verify password and Account ID. Established
members will occasionally receive information on promotions, services,
special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of
our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.
Site and
Service Updates
We also send the
user site and service announcement updates. Members are not able to
un-subscribe from service announcements, which contain important information
about the service. We communicate with the user to provide requested
services and in regards to issues relating to their account via email
or postal mail.
Correction/Updating
Personal Information
If a user's personally
identifiable information changes (such as your zip code), or if a
user no longer desires our service, we will endeavor to provide a
way to correct, update or remove that user's person data provided
to us. This can be done by sending a message via our Help Desk. Some
type of verification will be required for change of address such as
a phone or utility bill with the new address.
Choice/Opt-in
Our users are
given the opportunity to opt-in for special information. For example,
our registration page has an opt-in mechanism so users who register
with us can also receive special offers about promotions on our site.
Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter or promotional
materials from our partners may opt-out of receiving these communications
by following the simple opt-out instructions given in every e-mail.
Notification
of Changes
If we decide to
change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on our Homepage
so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how
we use it, and under circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at
any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in
a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected,
we will notify users by way of an email. Users will have a choice
as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner.
We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under
which the information was collected. If you have any questions or
concerns about this privacy policy please contact us via our Help
Desk.

Anti-Spam Policy
1. What is Spam?
Spam is unsolicited email also known as ‘junk e-mail’, ‘bulk e-mail’ or UCE (Unsolicited Commercial Email)
commonly sent in large quantities to an indiscriminate set of recipients. Most recipients feel aggravated by spam because it affects the
amount of time they spend reading their e-mail. The content of spam is also commonly found offensive, in that pornography is one of the most
frequently advertised products. Spam drains valuable resources both for users and Internet Providers. Every message that is delivered to a
network takes up bandwidth, with spam accounting for as much as 50% of some networks. Thus companies are wasting money on unproductive
bandwidth every day.
2. Avoiding Spam
At BingoPalace.com we enforce a clear anti-spam policy and follow strict procedures to ensure its implementation:
Notification: Our users are sent an e-mail notifying them that they have been registered in our mailing list. That mail
contains opt-out instructions in case the user no longer wishes to be part of our mailing list.
Agreement: Our member’s privacy and security is of the utmost importance. The Terms of Use that the user has agreed to upon
registration at BingoPalace.com state the information provided by the user will be used exclusively to contact the user about the
services on our site for which they have expressed interest. The user will receive promotional and notification e-mails on a regular
basis; customers who do not wish to receive such emails may still agree to our Terms and Conditions and use our services. The ability
to opt-in or opt-out will always be present when registering at BingoPalace.com.
Choice / Opt-in: Our users are given the opportunity to opt-in for special information. For example, our registration page
has a double opt-in mechanism so users who register with us can also receive special offers about promotions on our site. If they chose
to receive information they will receive a mail asking them to confirm that this is still their choice.
Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter or promotional materials from our partners may opt-out of receiving these
communications by following the simple opt-out instructions given in every e-mail.
3. Laws against Spamming
There are many laws against spamming; they vary from state to state and from country to country. Our Anti-Spam Policy has been
developed to measure up to the highest commercial standards. As a result the following activities are not practiced by
BingoPalace.com:
(a) Use of false headers, or other false information, to identify the point of origin or the transmission path of the e-mail, or
to hide the true origin of the e-mail sender,
(b) Unauthorized use of a third party’s internet domain name without the permission of such third party, to make it appear that
the third party was the point of origin of the e-mail,
(c) Use of any false or misleading information in the subject line of the e-mail, and
(d) Assisting any person or persons in using the products or services of BingoPalace.com for any of these previously
mentioned activities.
